Instructions to buyers to proceed your payment to us.

Thank you for shopping at online shop of Hanoi Railway Tourist Service company! We offer travelers with various payment methods to give more accesses to more people in various countries, where credit cards are not so popular like US or European and developed countries.

1st method: We accept your bank transfer to deposit for your tour in Vietnam.  For travelers who wish to pay us by bank transfer, Please contact us so that we can provide you with our bank account for your bank transfer. We will get your payment in full amount that mean, we will not burden banking fee born by bank transfer. We accept strong currencies such as: GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD. All of these currencies will be converted in to USD when you do the bank transfer to our bank account in Vietnam.

Your deposit for your tour in Vietnam
A deposit of  US$ 400 per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking (If Payable amount is less than US$700, a 50% deposit will be applied to your deposit). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our "Terms and Conditions". The remaining balance of the tour value is due upon your arrival in Vietnam, payable at our office in Hanoi or we will send our staff to your Hotel to collect balance from you. Cash is preferred to reduce any processing fees that may affect your cost. The deposit or full payment should be made by Credit card or Bank transfer with following bank account details:

When you have transferred deposit or full payment to our USD bank account in Vietnam. Please send us a copy of remittance by E-mail or fax. We will process your order upon we received your document.

2nd method : Directly pay us online by Paypal for your travel services in Vietnam. If you wish to make payment through paypal by your email, Please make the payment to our email tranxuanoanhvn@vnn.vn and send us an email with detail of your purchased services, We will supply the services as your request. When you have chosen your services to be used in Vietnam. Please follow up the check out process by filling up all necessary  information required in our check out process. there will be 3 steps: 1 check out to review your purchased items => confirm your order and delivery method => confirm your payment. Our system will automatically lead you to paypal site for your payment. We have been using paypal, the most popular & secured payment method worldwide to charge for travel services and packaged tours. If you do not have a paypal account, Please sign up a free account with paypal by just your email address. You can sign up an account with paypal by click here. We will be able to charge exactly the authorized amount from your credit card for your travel services in Vietnam.
